A better smile begins with an initial visit. Your first consultation involves looking at your past medical and dental treatment history, and sitting down with you to discuss any hopes or goals you have for your smile. We will also take a close look at your smile to assess the current state of your oral health, and identify any possible areas that need improvement. We provide a personalized approach to treatment, and have experience offering treatment for people of all ages, from toddlers and kids to adults and seniors. We know the care that each stage of life requires, and we also know how to employ advanced technology to improve the treatment you receive!
We use the PreXion 3D Excelsior CBCT (cone beam computed tomography) in our office as part of the diagnostic process. The system enables us to take multiple images and x-rays of your smile from several angles, combining them to create a highly detailed 3D model. The technology captures the teeth, gums, jaw, mouth, neck, roots, ears, nose, and throat, so we can identify a wide array of issues that could be threatening your smile. The system uses a fraction of the radiation that traditional x-rays employ, and we can show you these images chairside and walk you through the diagnostic process! We want you to understand what is happening with your smile and what treatments may be necessary to address areas of concern!
With 3D printing, we use the SprintRay printer and the RayWare software to design and create a host of appliances and restorations to treat your smile. We don’t need physical impressions, instead the machine uses lasers and lights to accurately measure your smile and create a 3D model to print from. We then aid in the design of the crowns, bridges, dentures, or oral appliances. The machine produces them using lifelike and durable materials. The entire process, from design to placement, only takes one visit to save you time and money. If you have any questions, then please contact our team today to learn more!
